Has the automatic emptying been registered before?
Check in the info stream if the pass number “00000000” appears with the status message “emptying”.

• If so, then the automatic emptying has likely been aborted because motion activity has been rejected for longer than 5 minutes. This causes the emptying not to be recognized.

Has the automatic emptying never been registered?
Then the detection is likely turned off. Please contact our service desk for assistance.

If automatic emptying is turned off:
You need to present an emptying pass to set the fill level back to 0%.
