What you should do in case of a malfunction depends on the type of malfunction. First, check if the problem occurs in one of the following common situations:
System no longer communicates:
➤ Check if the voltage is at least 6 volts
➤ Restart the system (turn off the power and turn it back on)
➤ If this does not help, replace the card reader and send the old one to our RMA departmentFill level remains at 0% or starts too high:
➤ Check the set depth of the container
➤ The service desk can assist with reading the correct depthLock behaves strangely (stays open or closes immediately):
➤ The magnetic sensor may be misaligned
➤ The sensor must make/break contact at the correct drum positionCard does not work:
➤ Check if the card reader responds
➤ Watch for error codes such as N04 (not in whitelist) or E99 (too low voltage)
