A flatline means that the fill level remains at exactly the same percentage for a long time – there is no increase or decrease visible. This can have several causes:
Possible causes:
The container is no longer in use, for example due to a jam.
The fill level sensor is incorrectly set or defective.
Solutions:
For a card reader:
Check if there are still successful card registrations coming in.
Are there registrations but the fill level remains the same? Then it is likely that the sensor is incorrectly set or broken.
For a TFSU solo:
Check on site if the container is indeed jammed.
Compare the actual fill level with the percentage displayed in the graph.
