Check the power supply
The power supply must be at least 6 volts. Measure this if necessary.

Restart the system
Disconnect the system from power and then reconnect it.

Still no communication?
Replace the card reader.

Send in the old card reader
Send the removed card reader to our RMA department for further analysis.
