System Chip Cards
The System Chip Cards page provides a complete overview of all system-related chip cards used within the organization's access and management system. These can be cards for installations or universal access.
Table View: All System Chip Cards
The left side of the screen displays a table with all registered chip cards. The columns in this table are as follows:
Chip Number
The unique identification number of the chip in the card. This number usually comes from the RFID chip and is used for recognition within the system.Card Number
The administrative number assigned to the card. This number is often used during registration and user management.Description
A free description of the chip card, such as the user's name, vehicle number, or function of the card.Activation Date
The date and time when the chip card was first activated within the system.Deactivation Date
If the card has been blocked or deactivated, the date and time when this occurred are displayed here.
Add New Chip Card
Click the ‘Add Chip Card’ button to add a new system chip card. A form will appear where you enter the following information:

| Chip Number | Enter the unique ID of the physical chip here. |
| Card Number | The associated card number. |
| Description | Free field, for example a name. |
| Chip Card Type | Select the card type, such as Universal Access, Technical Access, etc. |
Below the form, you will see an overview of the chip cards you have ready to add.
You can then confirm the card with ‘Add’ or cancel via ‘Back’.
Available Card Types and Their Function
When creating a system chip card, you choose a card type. Each type has a specific application within the system:
| Card Type | Function Description |
|---|---|
| Reset | Emptying card: resets the fill level of the container to 0%. |
| Universal Access | Opens all containers, regardless of location or settings. |
| Management | Reads the unitID of the container. |
| Communication | Sends the latest data to the database. |
| Fill Level | Reads the fill level percentage of the container. |
| Maintenance | Puts the container into maintenance mode. |
| RemoteAccess | Currently not in use. |
