Export Page – Explanation and Usage
The Export page provides users with the ability to export data from the system in file form. This is especially useful for analysis, reporting, or archiving data outside the platform.
Overview of Available Exports
In the left column, a list of available export types is displayed. Each row consists of:
- Export Name: The technical name of the export (for example, Containers or DevicesHistory).
- Description: A brief explanation of the contents of the export.
Examples of available export types:
- Containers – Overview of all containers.
- ContainersHistory – Historical overview of containers.
- Devices – Overview of all devices.
- EmptyDump – Overview of emptyings.
- NotUsedChipcards – List of unused chip cards.
- Registration – Overview of registrations.
Export Settings
Once an export type is selected, a description of the chosen export appears in the right section. This explanation contains information about the content and purpose of the export.
For exports that take time to generate, it is indicated that this may take a few minutes.
Actions
Two buttons are available at the top right:
- Generate Export – Starts the export process for the selected data.
- Download Export – Becomes active once an export is available and allows the user to download the generated file.
Export Files
At the bottom of the page, an overview of all previously generated exports is displayed. The table contains the following columns:
- Export Name – Name of the file.
- File – Status of the file (e.g., available).
- Ready – Confirmation that the file is ready for download.
- Available Until – Time until which the file can be downloaded.
