Unable to Pair Card Reader in AWRS

🔌 I can't pair my card reader in AWRS

Are you unable to pair the card reader in AWRS? Follow the steps below to check where the problem lies.

1. Check device type: See if the device is already set as ‘Mic-o-Data’ or another type.
2. Search by Unit ID: Use the search bar under "Receiving Machines" and enter the Unit ID of the card reader. If a container appears, the device is still paired there.
3. Unpair the card reader: To unpair the card reader from an existing container, set the device type to "none". After that, you can pair the device again.
4. Still having issues? Then contact our service desk for assistance.

Note:
A card reader may only be paired with one container at a time. Always unpair the device first before making a new pairing.
