🔌 I cannot pair my card reader in Tardifweb

It may happen that pairing a card reader in Tardifweb does not work immediately. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

• 1. Check container pairing: Verify if a container is already paired with the location. Without a container, the card reader cannot be paired.
• 2. Search by Unit ID: Type the Unit ID of the card reader in the search bar under "location management". This will check if the card reader is already paired with another location.
• 3. No results? If the device is not found anywhere, please contact our service desk for further assistance.
